Hi
I think the pictures are a great idea and I really enjoyed them esp. since I will probably never be able to make it to the farm in person. It is nice to see pictures of the other horses that are not on the web page. thank you for posting these. Hope there will be more in the future.
What a huge difference from when he arrived at Old Friends! Clever looks amazing (and 10 years younger) I overheard my daughter telling a friend of hers at the barn that “when horses die they go to Old Friends because that is horsey heaven” I had to inform her that it is “Heaven on Earth” and that in fact horses do not have to die to go there.
Today (Tuesday) was a wonderful evening–warm and summery–so I stopped at Old Friends on my way home from work to say hello to Wallenda. It was nearly dinnertime for the horses, and Clever was galloping around his paddock like a youngster, just a bucking, rearing and kicking. He was having a big old time!

We love you Clever. You look so strong, so young, so happy! I am still planning on visiting you. In the meantime, Ray and I love you…and always will.
